LEGAL DUE DILLIGENCE SUPPORT
Investing in an emerging market is replete with uncertainties. We therefore aid and advise companies to conduct all necessary due diligence prior to making any major acquisition and operating business in Nigeria. Members of the team have conducted virtual and physical due diligence exercises on behalf of various clients. Our findings from some of these exercises have assisted our clients in making informed decisions regarding whether to acquire interests in business entities. Due diligence is recommended in order to guide companies in determining the level of their investments or participation in target organisations.
