With our expertise in the legislative requirements of the industry, we negotiate and review gas supply contracts, Production Sharing Contracts, Joint Venture Contracts and assist in the establishment of energy companies in Nigeria. We are also active in the mining industry. We advise on the exploration and exploitation of mineral resources and the establishment of mining interests in Nigeria.
